Dean is Brisbane born & bred, again, respected by his colleagues & clients. He also has had a lengthy career in finance. 21 years with NAB of which the last 8 he was a Brisbane based ‘Business Banking Manager’ specialising in commercial & business finance.
With his expertise in this area he will provide you with all your business & personal finance needs, taking your case to one of many business lenders with whom he is accredited.

Carmel has been in banking & finance for 16 years. She has been working as a Finance Manager for Impact Finance since August 2004. She is one of the 1st points of contact for you our clients both in person at our Albion offices as well as by phone. Carmel has a strong knowledge of home & investment loans as well as car & equipment finance & is well able to assist you in applying for your finance. She will assist you every step of the way, from application through to funding & is only a phone call away for continued assistance with your loan facilities. Carmel offers our clients efficient personal service, always with a smile.
Customer Services Manager
Christine has a background of Retail Finance and Banking – most recently moving to the Mortgage Broking area. Christine runs the “engine room” of Impact Finance which is delivering our high level of customer service as our first point of contact on a day to day basis. Her relaxed but professional demeanour both engages our clients and gets the job done. Christine garners the respect of both our clients and the banks we use on behalf of our clients with her efficient, “no nonsense” approach. She is waiting on the end of the phone to assist at any time!
Client Care Manager
Marisa started her Banking and Finance career in 2001 as a Project Manager for HomeSide Lending, now NAB Broker. She was involved in changing the way Broker deals moved through the system, improving processes back of house as well as customer facing technologies. After a short break to have two children she is now back, working towards keeping our clients informed, engaged and happy. She will stay in touch with you regularly to ensure we not only assist when you need us but we can offer solutions before they become a problem. Our promise to you is that we will listen.
With over 20 + years involved with Banking and Finance, Meg has worked for several major banks and credit unions to management level, always with a focus on providing the best possible customer service experience for internal and external clients. Meg has returned to Impact Finance in her role as Client Services Manager and will continue to provide her upfront, friendly and honest service to Impact clients taking responsibility to ensure that your matter is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
